China Resources Land (CHL 01109HK) headquarter building was located in Shenzhen Bay which designed by a famous American architecture firm Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates (KPF). The 500m high new head quarter building with a unique cylindrical shape looks like a Spring Shoots come out from the soil, standing on the western commercial district of Shenzhen, which is the most vigorous economic zone in Southern China delegating vitality, hope and blossom. Delivering a new image of the group to the whole world.
In this building, an electrical fire monitoring system independently researched and developed by Jiangsu Sfere Electric Co., Ltd. is applied. It is a new generation of electrical fire monitoring system, aimed at early warning & monitoring of electrical fire by means of digital technology and distributed design scheme. This system has been 3C certified by the National Supervision and Test Center for Fire Electronic Product Quality. In this project, over 4000 detectors for electrical fire are used, which minimizes the risk of electrical fire in the CR Headquarter Building.
