Background introduction

At present, many domestic sewage treatment plants are forced to suspend production because they can't afford the high operating costs. Therefore, it is an important means to optimize the electrical energy saving, save the energy cost and reduce the treatment cost to ensure the normal operation of the sewage treatment plant.

Existing problems


At present, reactive power compensation can be divided into centralized compensation and decentralized compensation. Moreover, most sewage treatment plants use decentralized compensation or simply do not use reactive power compensation for cost consideration. So the problem follows is that the power factor cannot meet the requirements, which increases the reactive power loss of the power supply system, increases the operation cost of the sewage treatment plant, increases the copper loss of the transformer, increases the voltage loss and reduces the power supply quality. Although the decentralized compensation can meet the compensation effect of load distribution line to a certain extent, due to the scattered installation locations, the later operation and maintenance workload is very large.

 

In the sewage treatment plant, the power distribution station plays an important role, and the load of the sewage treatment plant is generally concentrated, and the power distribution station is generally located at the load center. At this time, the centralized compensation of low-voltage distribution is adopted, which has a significant effect on reducing the copper loss of the transformer, and is convenient for maintenance and management. At the same time, it can improve the utilization rate of the transformer, reduce the reactive power loss of power supply system, improve the power factor, reduce the voltage loss and improve the quality of power supply.

SLG series harmonic elimination reactive power compensation components

SLG harmonic elimination type reactive power compensation component is specifically aimed at harmonics and power factor problems in the 0.4KV low-voltage distribution network, where the harmonic pollution is serious, to improve power factor, effectively suppress harmonics, reduce line loss and improve power quality.

 

The harmonic elimination reactive power compensation component includes: filter reactor and low-voltage filter power capacitor to form a filter compensation circuit. This series of components is a filter compensation equipment suitable for 0.4kV low-voltage distribution network. The series of compensation devices have complete protection measures and high degree of automation. They can automatically exit the work in case of external power failure and automatically resume operation after power is supplied.
